This book reflects Samuelsson’s journey from Ethiopia to Harlem. From Pork and Plantains to Chinese Steamed Bass and Fiery Noodles to Chicken and Waffles, each recipe is rooted in centuries of traditions and cultures that represent the sticky, sweet, specialness that inspired The Red Rooster Restaurant.
Each guest will receive a signed copy of The Red Rooster Cookbook and enjoy a reception featuring a medley of tray-passed and stationed dishes from the cookbook.
