Chef Nancy Silverton and chi SPACCA are honored to welcome acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis of Asador Bastian for a one-night-only restaurant takeover on Monday, August 26th.

Included in the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences. Taking inspiration from the great Asadors of San Sebastian, Asador Bastian showcases the best boutique beef with masterful grilling techniques of the region alongside equally impressive tapas and side dishes.
