Cassoulet Nights with Chef David Campigotto - Fall 2024

Back by popular demand, chi SPACCA & Chef Nancy Silverton are excited for the return Chef David Campigotto of Chez David restaurant in Castelnaudary, France after his first series of Cassoulet Nights completely sold out in March.  

Cassoulet is a traditional stew of pork, duck, sausage, and beans from Southern France that dates back to the Hundred Years War. Today, Cassoulet has become the ultimate comfort dish, filled with rich flavors and a rustic history. 

Chez David in Castelnaudary, the birthplace of cassoulet, is known to be the best in the world and their Cassoulet deemed “the best thing I’ve ever eaten” according to Chef Nancy Silverton.

The meal for this 3-night dinner series will be served family-style and accompanied by crudité and chicory salad, then finish with Chef David’s Crema Catalana and Nancy’s Caramel Popcorn for dessert.
